Welcome to the 2024 President’s Cup!

Tournament Details:

• Tournament Date: Starting Week of April 22nd
• Target Field Size: 128 Players
• Start Time(s): Matches coordinated within communicated timeframe (strictly adhered to)
• Tournament Format: Flights determined by handicap and number of players, with bye's drawn randomly if needed.

Tees:

• Presidents Flight: Blue Tees
• Vice Presidents & Secretary Flight: Blue/White Combos
• Treasury Flight: White Tees

Format:

• Match Play utilizing 6-month LI handicap as of April 15th.

Round Breakdown:

• Round 1: April 23rd - May 5th
• Round 2: May 6th - May 27th (Club Champ May 17th-19th)
• Round 3: May 28th - June 12th
• Flight Championship: June 22th - July 7th
• Semi-Final: July 8th - July 21st
• Championship: July 22nd

Player of the Year (PoY) Point Allocations: Major (Points allocated based on finish within flight)

Tournament Cost:

• No Cost Associated with event

Trophies / Tee Prize(s): Coveted parking Spot

FAQs:

• Players must be available at least one weekday and one weekend day for matches.
• Matches decided by coin flip if dates can't be agreed upon.
• No extensions for matches; all matches must be played within scheduled time.
• Tee times can be booked a week in advance through the golf shop.
• Championship rounds pair Flight 1 vs. Flight 3 and Flight 2 vs. Flight 4.

Caddies: Permitted Must wear Caddie Bib from golf shop

Scorecards: Available in the golf shop. Inform the shop of match intentions; all scores posted by shop.
